FIRST CALL is Initial Consultation to discuss Your concerns and explore how therapy can support you.
Service Description
This complimentary 15-minute remote session is designed to understand your goals and desired outcomes. We'll discuss what you hope to achieve through our work together and explore how the practical sessions are structured. This initial conversation gives us both an opportunity to determine if my approach aligns with your needs and to address any questions you might have before beginning our therapeutic journey.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is needed when you book your session. Need to reschedule? Just let me know 12+ hours before your session. If you cancel with 24+ hours notice, you'll get a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice can't be refunded. If you miss your session without notice, the payment can't be refunded, but can be rescheduled. Having technical difficulties? Reach out right away so we can find a solution. You'll receive your session link by email 30 minutes before we start.
